Achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality

Tracks key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets

Identify gaps in performance, investigate root cause effectively and efficiently and implement counter measures to eliminate recurrence.

Support plant optimization projects: Six Sigma, CMP, and Loss Analysis Production

Builds people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel

Basic Job Qualifications:

Previous work experience in a high speed manufacturing environment

Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends

Preferred Job Qualifications::

Bachelors degree

3+ years experience in consumer packaged products or related industry

2+ years work experience in a supervisory position required

Strong employee relations, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite

Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment

Willing to work off shift.

This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by supervising the loading of route and transport trucks for a warehouse facility during 1st shift.

Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities:

Schedule the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner

Utilize docks, warehouse layout and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading time

Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs

Provide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs

Ensure the team is adequately staffed, managed and trained
