The first 18 -24 months of this full time position will be focused on your development and will put you on a fast track for a sales operations leadership position within our rapidly expanding organization.

This development program will provide the opportunity to gain valuable experience through projects and rotational assignments in departments such as Logistics, Fleet, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Optimization.

You will work on projects that require you to perform cost/benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people. You will develop leadership skills by attending and then delivering Continuous Improvement training and leading a front line team. Most importantly, you?ll take on assignments that help you understand the day to day business and challenges of a front line Supply Chain organization.


Requirements:

As a graduating student with a solid academic record, you?re a self-motivated, ambitious individual with a wide range of interests and have demonstrated commitment to participating in your community and working with people. A skilled problem solver, you enjoy challenges and are a gifted communicator, which includes effective writing and presentation skills, and an ability to manage competing priorities.
