1. Effectively utilize DRP to generate timely replenishment orders and monitor deployment and delivery of appropriate inventory levels to the warehouses.


2. Enter Stock transfer orders for following week's production and as needed during the week.


3. Daily review of full inventory report and shortages. Develop action plans or make adjustments to deployment plan as needed.


4. Create priority lists for DC


5. Communicate with plant DC and warehouse locations to ensure transfers and shuttles are expeditiously handled in priority order.


6. Closely monitor replenishment plans for the effective and timely launch of new products and promotional initiatives. This includes working with planners, transportation, warehousing, project managers, contract manufacturing managers, and others.


7. Work with Inventory team to reconcile inventory discrepancies between SAP and WMS


8. Other duties as assigned to assist FG planners in meeting KPI's

Qualifications:

• The incumbent should have a degree in a business related field (Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)


• The incumbent should have strong communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and influence management skills.


• Incumbent should have Inventory Control and SAP experience.


• A working knowledge of production and/or distribution is required to support effective decision making.


• Incumbent should have a strong customer focus and be results driven.


• Incumbent must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks without losing momentum while also completing all daily tasks efficiently and effectively.


• Commitment to high service levels is a must.


• Incumbent must communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
