Transformation TIBCO Architect Job

Level - E09/E10
The Tibco Architect is responsible for providing guidance and expertise around Tibco development and architecture decisions. This includes working with the development team to ensure that both the architecture and code developed for Tibco deliverables meet the PepsiCo standards. He/she will also be responsible for managing Tibco landscape through cutover phases and helping troubleshoot Tibco integration issues. He/she will collaborate with various PepsiCo teams when required.
Requirements:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience
- At least 5 years experience in developing with Tibco BusinessWorks, including in-depth knowledge of system architecture required.
- Experience with Business Works Smartmapper cross reference software required.
- Basic understanding of JMS concepts required.
- Previous SAP integration exposure desired.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. He/she will interact with leadership and other teams on daily basis.
- Possess good decision making skills.
- Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking.
