Description

Frito-Lay, Inc. is seeking an SAP Supply Chain/Order-to-Cash Business Analyst for Chicago, IL. SAP Supply Chain/Order-to-Cash Business Analyst

Will communicate with business users to determine SAP Order to Cash solution requirements, including integrated supply chain dependencies needed to fulfill demand from internal plants/distribution centers and external business partners including co-packers.

Will interact with cross functional project teams, business process owners, senior business and IT leadership to describe solutions, raise issues, and communicate progress.

Will develop SAP solutions leveraging business process and system capabilities including technical enhancements and other 3rd party tools.

Will use SAP Solution Manager and other documentation tools to perform project Blueprinting, Design, Build/Construction, Testing, and Deployment activities consistent with company’s project methodology guidelines. This includes, but not limited to, the documentation of the underlying SAP configuration rationale.

Will use knowledge of SAP ECC MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and LE (Logistics Execution) module configuration settings and capabilities to address business requirements across divisions.

Will develop Functional Design documentation to address functionality gaps not met within the native SAP application needed for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow (RICEFW) objects.

Will work with technical development teams to ensure RICEFW objects meet business requirements and are fully integrated with up/down stream processes within SAP and supporting systems.

Will ensure data conforms to the SAP design, user requirements, and aligns with enterprise data management guidelines.

Will provide project go-live preparation and post-implementation SAP application support.

Will prepare training and on-line help documentation to describe detailed SAP transaction execution processes.


Requirements:


BS or higher in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Engineering, Operations Management, Production Engineering, Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering or related field; and 18 months direct experience.

3 years direct experience.
