Global Flavor and Ingredient Technology Naturals Fellow Job

Description
Technical manager and leader will build and manage a global diverse, multi-disciplined technical team in flavor and ingredient technology to include technical depth in natural products chemistry, natural ingredients, preservatives and colors.
Accountabilities:
-Drive knowledge of understanding of natural ingredients and flavors at the molecular level especially in natural ingredients, colors and preservatives; to untap possibilities to apply to new global food and beverage portfolio innovation.
-Partner the beverage and foods development groups globally to drive pipeline ingredient technology
-Partner with the Biology and Clinical Sciences team on ingredient submission for biology and clinical studies
-Partner with the LTR Sports Science Institute team to communicate technical information on the ingredient discovery.
-Lead translation of new natural ingredient molecule discovery into product development ready systems.
-Build model product systems, processes, and formats to test new ingredients, processes, and applications.
Critical experience required in role:
-Technical depth and leadership in natural ingredient molecular science to drive understanding across global Beverage R&D organization.
-Lead a team which fosters scientific curiosity, partnership, and transformative results.
-Global ingredient, CPG, or academic experience with proven ability to lead and influence senior leadership team.
Requirements:
Skills and Experience:
? PhD in naturals products chemistry, or core sciences required
? 7 years of ingredient discovery preferred with experience from renown flavor and/or food companies
? Demonstrated experience in analytical techniques, extraction, and organic synthesis required.
? Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to partner with multiple stakeholders.

Manages team of scientists who will play a role in naturals products chemistry in ingredients, colors and preservatives
